I have started training again!
After a nice holiday in Egypt with my boyfriend I have gradually increased my mileage and intensity, meaning I am now back in hard winter training.
I really enjoy training and am so happy to be back running again. I have decided to have a gap year this year so have more time to train, before going to university next year. I am also learning to drive and am really enjoying it!
As far as competitions go, I will be just training up until the European Cross Country trials in Liverpool on the 23rd of November. Cross country this year will be used to try and get fitter and stronger for the track season so it will be nice to go back to the mud and hills.
I am looking forward to seeing how training and racing goes in the next couple of weeks.
