Lewis Evans: Back in the Dragons starting line-up
Dragons captain Lewis Evans returns to the starting line-up for his side's RaboDirect PRO12 clash with Cardiff Blues on Saturday.
He is joined in the back-row by Wales flanker Dan Lydiate, who is back in the side after after recovering from injury.
After defeat to Leinster last time out the hosts field an all-new the hosts will field an all-new front row at Rodney Parade, comprising of Dan Way, Steve Jones, and Phil Price.
"It was a disappointing result by the boys from the Leinster game although it was good to see the boys scoring tries against the Leinster side," Lydiate said.
"We are looking for a lot better effort in defence when we play the Blues at home, it's always going to be a tough game but it's also an exciting game because it's a derby match. I am really looking forward to it.
"It's a massive challenge for us to be playing against the Blues, we will be playing against my team-mates who play for Wales, which should be an exciting game and with it being a derby match they are usually quite eventful.
"So hopefully a lot of our fans will turn up and support us for what could be a really good game of rugby."
Cardiff Blues have made five changes to their side as they prepare to give full-back Thomas Williams his first RaboDirect PRO12 start.
Williams comes in for the injured Leigh Halfpenny while Harry Robinson replaces wing Tom James.
There is a new half-back combination with Rhys Patchell at fly-half, making his PRO12 debut partnering with Lloyd Williams. The Blues also welcome back Jamie Roberts to the matchday 23, with the big Lions centre having worked hard to recover from his knee injury.
