Stirling Mortlock, Al Campbell and Julian Huxley will play their final games on Australian soil when the Rebels tackle the Reds.
Mortlock, who has overcome a calf strain, and Campbell will retire at the end of the season, while Huxley is moving to Narbonne in France.
The Rebels, who have also seen former England international Michael Lipman quit the sport, will be boosted by the return of James O'Connor and Kurtley Beale for the clash.
The play-off chasing Reds have made two changes to their line-up for the trip to Melbourne.
Both changes come in the pack with Adam Wallace-Harrison repacing injured skipper James Horwill in the second-row, while Jake Schatz starts on the blindside.
