Young: Wary of Calvisano
Cardiff Blues will go into their final pool game knowing victory against Calvisano will see them qualify as top seeds in the last eight.
After their brilliant victory against Gloucester, Dai Young has made one change with Ben Blair coming in for Tom James - who was sent off early on in last week's match against Gloucester.
Blair, the Blues leading run scorer returns to the side after recovering from a broken thumb. He is restored at full back with Leigh Halfpenny moving to the wing in place of Jones.
Cardiff are the only unbeaten side in the competition with five wins from five, whereas their oppositions Calvisano have yet to accrue a win or a point.
But Young is expecting the Italians to come out all guns blazing. He said: "I know they would love to come and spoil the party.
"Our attitude is to win first and then start thinking about bonus points. There is still work to be done.
"We know from last season that when you get the chance of a home draw you have to nail it.
"Two missed opportunities to score tries against Bristol last year really hurt us and made the difference between playing Toulouse in France or Cardiff.
"I am not saying we would have beaten Toulouse at home, but we would have had a better chance. Now we have to use the Toulouse game as an experience as we move into another quarter-final."
Despite their position in the pool, the Italians will be fielding a strong team.
Welsh prop Ben Evans is set to feature with Italian hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini and number eight Alessandro Zanni.
Meanwhile, in the backs New Zealander Gerard John Fraser will start ahead of Luke McClean, who joins Paul Griffen among the substitutes.
