London Welsh have brought their number of summer recruits up to ten, following Justin Burnell's appointment as Head Coach.

The club have confirmed the signings of Scarlets prop Peter Edwards and young fly-half Will Robinson, from London Wasps.

Edwards, 32, made 40 appearances for Scarlets after joining them in 2010. The tighthead made his debut for the Scarlets in September 2010 against Benetton Treviso but had to wait until February 2012 for his first try for the club, in an LV=Cup match versus Sale Sharks.

Prior to his spell at the Scarlets, Edwards also played for Newtown, North Wales, Llanelli RFC and Llandovery.

A product of the Wasps Academy, Robinson, 20, has also represented England at U18 level.

The youngster made his senior debut for Wasps against Worcester Warriors in October 2011 and has made a further four appearances, scoring five points.

Additionally, Robinson was able to gain experience in National League One due to his dual registration with Rosslyn Park and toured Australia with England U18 in 2011.

The duo of Edwards and Robinson bring Welsh's incomings into double figures with Tom May, Andrew Titterrell, Richard Thorpe, Pete Browne, Ben Pienaar, Carl Kirwan, Rhys Crane and Ben West having already been confirmed.
