Plymouth Albion have continued their rebuilding ahead of the new season with the signings of Jamie Salter and Tom Cowan-Dickie.
Hooker Salter returns to Plymouth on a part-time deal, while fellow No.2 Cowan-Dickie has followed his brother Luke in agreeing a dual-registration contract from Exeter.
Salter managed just three appearances for Albion in 2008/09 before he dropped down to Mounts Bay.
The 27-year-old, though, gets a second shot at life in English rugby's second tier after impressing for both Launceston and Cornwall.
