Wales skipper Sam Warburton and prop forward Gethin Jenkins will start for Cardiff Blues on Saturday.
The duo were among 11 players to be released from the Wales Six Nations squad earlier this week so they could be available for domestic action.
Waburton has been suffering from a shoulder injury and the 26-3 loss to Ireland in Dublin last weekend was the first match he had started in 10 weeks.
And Jenkins, who also featured in that defeat, has been battling with a knee problem.
The duo will therefore get some useful game time under their belts when Cardiff face Glasgow in the RaboDirect Pro12 on Saturday.
Jenkins will skipper the side and will pack down alongside Kristian Dacey and Scott Andrews in the front row, while Warburton will line up at open-side flanker.
Warburton said: "I'm looking forward to playing this weekend, it's a win-win situation.
"Hopefully, I can help them pick up some points in the league and, for me, I get the benefit of getting some more miles in the legs as well."
"It will be great to be back and put the blue jersey back on. I haven't played for them since October, so it's been a good few months. It will be nice to be back out there."
