Edinburgh front-row forwards Geoff Cross and Aleki Lutui will start their first match of the season against Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.

The pair's promotion is the only tweak to the side that kicked off last Friday's win over Dragons, with back-row Roddy Grant handed the captaincy.

With Ross Ford out of the matchday squad, James Hilterbrand could follow Lutui's lead in making his competitive debut for the club, should he come on.

Ulster have made three changes, all in the pack, ahead of their trip to Connacht on Saturday night.

Tom Court replaces Callum Black at loosehead, Iain Henderson is named in the second-row in place of Dan Tuohy and Chris Henry is selected at openside flanker instead of Sean Doyle.

Ireland winger, Craig Gilroy, is named as a substitute and is in line to make his first appearance of the season, having recovered from the groin injury that has kept him out of rugby since April.

Connacht have also named three changes with new signing Craig Clarke set for a debut in the second row.

Clarke's fellow New Zealander Jake Heenan is primed for a first start at number six, while in the back division Fionn Carr returns on the wing.
