Full-back Hogg, who has also represented the Lions, has been with the club since the age of 17, signing his first professional deal in 2011. Winger Jones has impressed in his 10 appearances this season after originally joining on loan from Edinburgh last year.

Hogg said: "I'm delighted to sign a new two-year contract with the club. Over the past few seasons we've been going well and I've enjoyed every minute of it.

"There is a great group of people around the club and I've settled really well in Glasgow. The Warriors has been a big part of my life over the last five years and I've seen the club grow during that time.

"I want to be the best rugby player I possibly can be and I believe at Glasgow I've got the right coaches and players around me to help me along the way.

"I'm really happy to be staying and I'd like to thank the club and Scottish Rugby for this new contract.”

Jones said: "I've enjoyed my time at the club since joining on loan and this new deal will allow me to focus on Glasgow.

"Having so many players in the Scotland squad has been really positive for the club and I believe I can work hard to be involved in the future. I'm definitely in the right place to achieve that goal.

"I'd like to thank the Warriors and Scottish Rugby for this opportunity to stay and compete for my place in the team."
