Stuart Hogg: Returns for Glasgow after six-week spell on the sidelines
Glasgow Warriors will be looking to move top of the RaboDirect Pro12 standings when they take on Newport Gwent Dragons on Friday night.
Glasgow are currently just a point behind leaders Munster, who are not in action until Saturday tea-time at Cardiff Blues.
Glasgow Warriors have been boosted by the return of British and Irish Lion Stuart Hogg to their starting line-up for the visit of Newport Gwent Dragons.
Following a six-week spell on the sidelines with a wrist injury Hogg returns at full-back, while 21-year-old Finn Russell will make his first start for the club as he lines-up at centre alongside DTH van der Merwe.
Warriors coach Gregor Townsend is looking forward to the clash: "The Dragons have started the season well and I believe they've performed much better than their league position suggests. We're under no illusions as to how difficult the game will be."
Ulster v Edinburgh
In Friday night's other game, Alan Solomons' Edinburgh side face Ulster at Ravenhill.
The Gunners head coach returns to Belfast to face the side he used to lead for the first time since taking up his post with the capital club.
The Murrayfield men do, however, travel with some confidence having won three of their last four matches in all competitions.
Solomons said: "I'm certainly looking forward to going back to Ravenhill. I've got very fond memories of Ulster and haven't been there for a number of years, so I'm really looking forward to it.
Lock Ollie Atkins has been handed his first start in the place of Grant Gilchrist - who is starting for Scotland in Saturday's autumn Test match against Australia - while scrum-half Sam Hidalgo-Clyne comes in for the injured Sean Kennedy (knee).
Ulster are threadbare after Darren Cave was drafted into the national side for their match against New Zealand although coach Mark Anscombe does have wing Craig Gilroy back fit after recovering from a groin injury.
