Wales: The Plate winners in Port Elizabeth
The Home Unions have been handed tough-looking draws at the Wellington Sevens in February.
Scotland, who won the Bowl twice and were runners-up once in the opening three legs of the HSBC Sevens Word Series, will tackle defending Series champions and hosts New Zealand, Samoa and Japan.
England, who won the Dubai title and finished fourth in Port Elizabeth, will tackle South Africa, the USA and the Cook Islands.
Two-time Plate winners Wales will face Fiji, who they thumped 48-0 in South Africa, Argentina and Tonga.
"It is going to be close going to Wellington, it is a great World Series," said New Zealand coach, Gordon Tiejtens.
"There is no easy draw and we go to Wellington, it is our tournament, but we know there is extra pressure because of that. Hopefully we can put together a good squad for that tournament."
The fourth leg of the Series kicks off on February 3.
Pool A: New Zealand, Samoa, Scotland and Japan
