Rugby Championship: Tolu Latu's injury opens door for Reds hooker Saia Fainga'a

Saia Fainga'a has been called into Australia's squad for the Rugby Championship after another injury setback.

The Wallabies have already seen experienced hookers Stephen Moore and Tatafu Polota-Nau ruled out, but now Tolu Latu has joined them on the sidelines.

Latu broke an arm in a Sydney club game on the weekend, opening the door for Fainga'a to return.

The Reds hooker, who has been capped 29 times, joins Nathan Charles and team-mate James Hanson in competing for the No 2 jersey.

Australia's preparations for Saturday's opening game against New Zealand in Sydney have been disrupted by a nunmber injury issues, with Scott Sio, Henry Speight, Joe Tomane and Laurie Weeks among those to pick up knocks.
