Australia fly-half Quade Cooper has ended speculation that he might switch codes by signing a new three-year deal with the Reds.
The enigmatic playmaker had been linked with moves to Europe and to rugby league but he has opted to stay with the defending Super Rugby champions.
"I'm really enjoying my time here, I'm in a good place at the moment, and I'm enjoying where the Reds are going as an organisation and as a team," Cooper told Fox Sports.
"We've got a bright future ahead and hopefully a few more titles in the next few years."
Cooper admitted that he was tempted to switch codes before finally opting to extend his stay with the Reds until the 2015 World Cup.
"Rugby league was something that was in the frame and I was quite interested in it," he said. "But I felt that staying with the Reds was the right thing to do."
