Triple blow for Tigers

Henry Tuilagi was one of three Leicester players to feel the affects of their last outing.

Leicester Tigers have been hit by a spate of injuries following last weekend's EDF Energy Cup clash with Northampton Saints.

The Tigers have suffered a triple injury blow, with Henry Tuilagi, Gavin Hickie and Ian Humphreys all sidelined.

Tuilagi is the worst affected, facing three months out of action after breaking his right arm.

Hickie's injury could also stretch into months after he fractured an eye socket at Franklin's Gardens.

The former Worcester man is set to be out for up to six weeks.

Ian Humphreys tweaked a hamstring to further add to Leicester's woes, and he is expected to miss the next two weeks.
