England international James Haskell will make his first appearance of the season when Wasps entertain Bayonne in the Amlin Challenge Cup on Thursday night.
Haskell underwent surgery on his knee during the summer however he has been passed fit to return to action at Adams Park, with the match live on Sky Sports 1 HD.
Haskell is one of a number of changes to Dai Young's squad following the 90-17 thrashing of Viadana in the first round of fixtures in Pool Four.
Haskell will start on the bench, alongside Joe Launchbury, with Esteban Lozada and Sam Jones making way.
Matt Mullan, Carlo Festuccia and Jake Cooper-Woolley will combine in a new-look front-row, while Andy Goode, Josh Bassett and Charlie Hayter come into the back division.
Simon McIntyre, Ben Jacobs and Joe Carlisle are included on the bench, where they are joined by Charlie Davies, with Tom Lindsay, Will Taylor, Ricky Reeves, William Helu and Jack Moates dropping out the squad.
Bayonne, who opened up their campaign with a 37-6 win over Grenoble, have not had a happy time as Adams Park in recent years.
They were beaten there 30-16 last season, while Nicky Robinson inspired Wasps to a 25-11 win in 2011.
And the Top 14 outfit have made eight changes as they look to take control of the pool.
