London Wasps have signed USA Eagles utility-back Paul Emerick until the end of the season.
Wasps have endured a torrid time with injuries this season losing Dan Ward-Smith, Steve Thompson and Joe Worsley to injury-enforced retirements, while Tom Varndell, Christian Wade, Chris Bell, Tom Rees, John Hart, Joe Launchbury, James Cannon and Ross Filipo have all spent long periods in the treatment room.
With Wade and Varndell still sidelined, director of rugby Dai Young has brought in Ospreys wing Tom Prydie and fellow speedster Lee Robinson from Leicester in on short-term deals.
Emerick, 32, has now also been added to the squad as injury cover and the ex-Ulster man will link up with the Londoners later in the week.
