London Irish have awarded Jebb Sinclair a three-year contract extension.
The Canada flanker, who returned from a loan spell in South Africa in time for the new season, has impressed in his five appearances this season.
And Irish director of rugby Brian Smith welcomed the news, telling the club website: "Jebb Sinclair is a rugby coach's dream.
"He is committed, physical on the pitch and a very positive influence in the changing room. I'm delighted he has decided to be part of the club's future."
Sinclair, who joined from Canadian side Atlantic Rock in 2011, said: "London Irish was the first professional side I signed for so I am very happy to be devoting the next three years of my rugby career to the club.
"It has been a tough season so far, but I believe that with the players we have in the squad, it will not be long before we turn this around and start competing at the top end of the table."
