Gloucester's Nicky Robinson, Cardiff Blues' Bryn Griffiths and Newport Dragons' Tom Willis have all been cited for various offences in LV= Cup action on the weekend of February 5-6.
Robinson has been cited for a dangerous tackle on Darren Allinson during the match against London Irish.
He has been summoned to appear before a panel of Rick Charles (chair), Mike Curling and Geraint Edwards at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn on Tuesday evening.
Griffiths will also appear after being cited for stamping on Karl Dickson of Harlequins.
Willis has been cited for stamping on an unnamed Llanelli Scarlets player. The case will be heard in the absence of the injured Willis.
