Harlequins have confirmed promising young hooker Chris Brooker will join Worcester for next season.
The 26-year-old made 84 appearances for the Londoners and had forced his way into the England Saxons side before a serious knee injury disrupted his progress in March 2012.
"Chris has shown incredible determination to get back from the injury he suffered last year and is now at a stage where he will be back playing again next season," said Conor O'Shea, Harlequins Director of Rugby.
"Chris came to us last week to discuss an opportunity that had arisen for him to join Worcester.
"Given our resources at hooker - with the development of Rob Buchanan alongside Joe Gray and Dave Ward, the chance of a two year deal for Chris at Worcester was something we owed him and gave him permission to explore."
Worcester rugby director Dean Ryan added: "We are very pleased to be able to sign a player of the experience and calibre of Chris.
"Chris comes to Warriors eager to relaunch his career, now he is fully recovered after being sidelined with a knee injury, and his appetite and desire will be evident to all.
"He is determined to be a success at Sixways. and he wants to perform not only for Worcester but also return to the form that brought him to the attention of England and push his internationals aspirations."
