Harlequins lock Olly Kohn has no plans to hang up his boots despite the increasing demands away from the sport.

Success has not been limited to the business world for Kohn, though, with Quins finally winning the trophies to match their illustrious brand. And Kohn believes the arrival of Conor O'Shea as director of rugby has played a major role in the club's success - with the side currently top of the Premiership table and their Heineken Cup pool, and unbeaten in the LV= Cup. "The start to the season has shown the strength-in-depth that we now have at the club," said Kohn. "To be challenging in all three competitions is fairly special. I'm really pleased with where we are at the moment and I'm delighted to be involved. "We've done well for the past two years, so we know what it takes to win and the hard work that is needed. "Conor coming in kick-started it for us but the group of players here have now been together for a good period of time and we have real belief in what we are doing." Although the defending champions - who face Worcester on Friday - are in pole position in the Premiership, just six points separates the top eight teams. And after losing to Bath last time out, Kohn knows how tight it will be for silverware this time around. "We have to be on our mettle all the time," he added . "Everyone wants to knock you off your perch but we know how hard it is to be up there and how hard you have to fight to stay there."
