Harlequins captain Chris Robshaw has called on his team-mates to seize the moment when they tackle Stade Francais in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
Quins will go head-to-head with the French giants at the Cardiff City Stadium on Friday night, live on
Sky Sports HD2 - and victory would see the club secure a record third triumph in the tournament.
The Stoop outfit lifted the trophy in 2004 and 2001 after beating French opponents on both occasions - with only Sale and Clermont having also won the title twice.
And with a place in the Heineken Cup also up for grabs for the winner as well, Robshaw believes his side have all the motivation they need.
"This final is right up there as one of the biggest matches we have played - we are competing for a big piece of European silverware," said Robshaw, who guided his side to a famous semi-final win over Munster at Thomond Park.
Emotions
"Everyone is well aware that qualification for next season's Heineken Cup is also at stake for both clubs, and I am sure ourselves and Stade will come out with all guns blazing.
"It is a good few years since we were last in a final. These opportunities do not come around very often, so you have to make the most of them when they do.
"That means trying not to be nervous, controlling your emotions and concentrating on what you know you can do."
The Stade squad is packed full of international talent - with the familiar faces of England international forwards Tom Palmer and James Haskell, as well as Italy skipper Sergio Parisse.
And Robshaw insists his side know what they will be up against.
Robshaw added: "We have a pretty good idea of what to expect from their numerous international players, in particular, but it is also important we focus on ourselves and make sure we bring our own game to the party."
