Chris Cusiter and Alex Dunbar have pulled out of the Scotland squad for next weekend's international against the USA.
The Glasgow Warriors pair both picked up injuries during the RaboDirect PRO12 final defeat to Leinster on Saturday.
The Scottish Rugby Union confirmed that uncapped duo Grayson Hart and Mark Bennett have been called up to the squad for Saturday's clash in Houston.
Scrum-half Cusiter suffered a head injury early in the second half at the RDS, while Warriors centre Dunbar limped off in the 55th minute with a hip problem.
The extent of the injuries is uncertain, and the SRU announced that both will remain in Scotland for further assessment.
Cusiter will be replaced by 25-year-old Edinburgh No 9 Hart, while Dunbar's place goes to Glasgow team-mate Bennett.
