Wales Under-20s have made eight changes for their IRB Junior World Championship clash with Scotland in Nantes on Sunday.

The Welsh opened up their campaign with a convincing rout of Samoa, while Scotland suffered a heavy loss to Argentina.

Jordan Williams, Aaron Warren, Rhodri Williams and Nicky Smith all make their JWC debuts, while Thomas Pascoe, Elliot Dee, Sion Bennett and Jack Jones also start.

Head coach Danny Wilson said: "We believe we have made relevant changes to keep the squad fresh and reward players who have earned starting places through their performances in training."

Tough

Scotland head coach Sean Lineen has made three changes following the 44-13 loss to the Pumas.

Damien Hoyland and Alex Henderson have been brought in for the injured Ruaridh Young (leg) and the benched Tommy Spinks, while Robbie Fergusson will partner Mark Bennett in the centres.

Lineen said: "It's going to be tough. Overall we had a strong and competitive Six Nations but, if there was one team the players would love to play again, it's Wales.

"It's something they've been looking forward to for a while and they're out to make a point.

"Wales are a quality side. They're an excellent counter attacking team and have a very strong scrum. They're big lads too so we're going to have to make sure we play the game in the right areas."
