Second-row Bridget Millar-Mills is to make her debut this Saturday against England in the opening round of the Women's Six Nations.
The lock will be partnered by Lindsay Wheeler, playing in her 53rd Test match. Millar-Mills could also come up against her sister Hariet, who is on the England bench.
The pack includes experienced prop Heather Lockhart, winning her 59th cap. Joining her in the front-row is hooker Sarah Quick and tighthead Tracey Balmer.
In the back row, influential captain Susie Brown is flanked by Tess Forsberg and Mary Lafaiki, who is making her first start.
Winger Annabel Sergeant returns to the starting XV after a year with the Scotland Sevens. Sergeant is joined in the back three by Megan Gaffney on the other wing and Steph Johnston at full-back.
Sarah Dixon is set to partner Lisa Ritchie in the centres. Louise Dalgliesh and Tanya Griffith complete the starting line-up as the half-backs for the Scots.
