Christian Wade and Matt Kvesic will win their first full caps for England against Argentina this weekend.
London Wasps wing Wade, 21, and Worcester Warriors flanker Kvesic, 22, make their Test debuts against the Pumas at the Estadio Padre Ernesto Martearena in Salta on Saturday (2010 BST).
Wade has enjoyed an individually successful season becoming the first man to pick up the Players' Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards in the same year from the Rugby Players' Association.
He also scored a try in the 40-12 non-Test victory over the Barbarians at Twickenham before flying out to South America.
Bath centre and former rugby league star Kyle Eastmond, Sale Sharks prop Henry Thomas and London Wasps back row forward Billy Vunipola - will also win their first caps if they come off the replacements bench.
Elsewhere fly-half Freddie Burns of Gloucester, Bath's hooker Rob Webber and lock Dave Attwood all start a full international for the first time while flanker Tom Wood of Northampton will skipper the side.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster said: "It is great to have so many young players pushing through and to be able to give them their opportunities on this tour. It is a young England side but one with a great deal of ability and self-belief and it will be great to see how they perform in the intensity of Test match rugby.
"Facing Argentina in front of their home crowd in Salta will be a tough challenge but we are looking forward to it and I am sure the players will give their all for the shirt."
Alex Corbisiero would probably have started the international in the front row but has flown to Australia as cover for Ireland's Cian Healy.
The London Irish prop came off the bench as England saw off a Sudamerica XV, representing the CONSUR nations, in Montevideo, Uruguay on Sunday 41-21.
