Wasps coach Dai Young believes young forward Joe Launchbury is a future England lock.
Launchbury, 20, usually plays in the back row for his club side, and he was once again impressive in Wasps' 10-6 victory over Worcester on Sunday.
He first came to prominence at the end of last season with seasoned observers tipping him for international honours.
Young said: "People talk about him as a star of the future - well, he's already here. He's already a top quality player.
"Because he's still quite young, he's still maturing and over the next 18 months he's going to get bigger and bigger.
"I think long term he's definitely a second row. England see his long term future as a second row.
"A 20-year-old with his mobility and skills, he's someone who can play second row or No 6 for us."
