The Rugby Football Union has confirmed that next year's November internationals will see England play four Test matches at Twickenham on four consecutive weekends.

Stuart Lancaster's side face world champions New Zealand, South Africa, Samoa and Australia and the head coach said: "To be able to take on these teams in successive weeks is ideal preparation for the World Cup and will tell us a lot about where we are one year out.

"All four are tough opponents and we are looking forward to the challenge."

England host the Wallabies, Argentina and All Blacks on successive weekends from November 2 this year but the 2014 schedule is still subject to final International Rugby Board approval.
