Daniel Hourcade makes changes for Argentina's November tour

Argentina coach Daniel Hourcade has been forced to name two inexperienced forwards in his 30-man squad for their tour of Europe.

The Pumas face Scotland at Murrayfield on November 8, Italy in Genoa a week later and France in Paris on November 22.

Injuries to Pablo Matera and Mariano Galarza have opened the door for Juan Cruz Guillemain of Stade Francais and Guido Petti of Argentinian side SIC to join the touring party.

Back-row forward Juan Manuel Leguizamon is back though after tearing a leg muscle in the 35-25 Rugby Championship defeat to Australia in September.

The Pumas will head to Europe on a high after ending a frustrating three-year wait for victory in the elite tournament after beating the Wallabies in Mendoza 21-17.

However, Hourcade isn’t getting carried away with the historic victory and has warned his side against complacency.

"The reality is that we must keep our feet on the ground, two of our opponents are above us in the ranking and have always been competitive at the highest level," he said.

"We must make the most of the break the team had after working together for three months which is good for the identity of the team.

"We're going to play as visitors and our rivals will be prepared to receive an Argentine team which showed a prominence that made them take note after the victory over Australia."
