Jean de Villiers will captain a strong Barbarians side for Saturday's clash with Fiji at Twickenham.
De Villiers is one of seven South Africans in the starting line-up, with coach Steve Hansen also selecting four New Zealanders.
TJ Perenara, who is the only uncapped Test players in the 23-man squad, starts at scrum-half.
Tendai Mtawarira, Bismarck du Plessis and Matias Diaz are named in the front row, with Flip van der Merwe and Dominic Bird at lock, while there is a formidable back-row trio of Steven Luatua, Schalk Burger and Duane Vermeulen.
Patrick Lambie partners Perenara at half-back, de Villiers and Gavin Williams form the centre partnership, while Argentina's Santiago Cordera is at full-back with New Zealander pair Frank Halai and Charles Piutau on either wing.
