Stuart Lancaster: Has kept faith with the 23 players that lost in Paris
England have named an unchanged matchday squad for Saturday's Six Nations game against Scotland at Murrayfield.
Head coach Stuart Lancaster has kept faith with the 23 that suffered a last-gasp 26-24 defeat in France on the opening day of the championship.
Lancaster will announce his starting team for the Calcutta Cup showdown on Thursday morning, but it is expected to be the same line-up that was edged in Paris.
"We were disappointed by the result against France, but very proud of many aspects of the performance," said Lancaster.
"We want to give the same 23 the opportunity to build on that against Scotland."
The only injury concerns that arose from the Stade de France were wing Jonny May's fractured nose and the cheekbone damage sustained by lock Courtney Lawes.
Lawes was cleared on Sunday when it was revealed he had suffered only bruising and May was cleared to play in Edinburgh on Monday evening.
Forwards: Dave Attwood, Dan Cole, Dylan Hartley, Joe Launchbury, Courtney Lawes, Joe Marler, Ben Morgan, Chris Robshaw (c), Henry Thomas, Billy Vunipola, Mako Vunipola, Tom Wood, Tom Youngs.
Backs: Brad Barritt, Mike Brown, Luther Burrell, Danny Care, Lee Dickson, Owen Farrell, Alex Goode, Jonny May, Jack Nowell, Billy Twelvetrees.
