Tomas O'Leary will return to Munster from London Irish for the start of next season on a two-year contract.
The scrum-half, 31, left the Irish province at the end of the 2011/12 season after making 127 appearances, and scoring 57 points since making his debut in September 2005.
Corkman O'Leary played an integral role in Munster's 2006 and 2008 Heineken Cup triumphs as well as their Magners League successes of 2009 and 2011.
The half-back won 24 Ireland caps and was one of the outstanding performers in their historic 2009 Grand Slam win before moving to England in 2012.
He has made 44 appearances for Irish, featuring on nine occasions so far this season.
Winger Andrew Conway (one year) and front-row forward Eusebio Guinazu (end of season) have agreed new deals while development pair Dave O'Callaghan (one year) and Johnny Holland (two year) and academy player Darren Sweetnam (two years) have also signed fresh contracts.

"These players all add a mix of experience and youth to the squad and it is particularly pleasing to see Dave, Johnny and Darren develop and prosper after coming up through the ranks, while the returning Tomas O'Leary will bring a huge level of experience in providing additional support and knowledge to a key role."
