The road to Cardiff and the Millennium Stadium on the 24th of May will be long and arduous with all teams hoping that their big guns will last the journey.

In the past that road has been littered with broken dreams as favourites have fallen under the pressure of expectations. We know Titans will fall and heroes will rise, but who will be left standing come the final?

Reigning champions Toulon may have bolstered their impressive squad even further with the likes of Bryan Habana, but will face stern opposition from the Saracens, Leinster and of course Clermont Auvergne.

Northampton, Ulster and Leicester will also be contenders but will we finally see the Ospreys come good and become the first Welsh team to lift the trophy? Montpellier may also do well, but can the dark horses find something away from home?

All will be revealed on Sky Sports!
