France have called Racing Metro flanker Wenceslas Lauret into their Six Nations squad ahead of Friday's clash with Wales in Cardiff.
Lauret comes into the 30-man squad as an injury replacement for club team-mate Luc Ducalcon, who hurt his back in Saturday's win over Bayonne.
Philippe Saint-Andre's choice to call up a back-row forward to replace a prop means that France are left with just one specialist tighthead in the squad, Nicolas Mas.
The news comes just a day after uncapped Castres hooker Brice Mach was called up to replace Benjamin Kayser, who has been ruled out of the championship.
