Saracens head coach Mark McCall has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club until June 2017.
The former Ireland international joined the London club in 2009/2010 as first team coach and took charge midway through the following season when Brendan Venter departed - immediately guiding the side to the Premiership crown.
Saracens finished the last regular season top of the table and although they were surprisingly ousted in the semi-finals by Northampton, chairman Nigel Wray remains confident in his men.
He said: "I believe we have assembled an outstanding group of people, on and offer the field.
"They are intelligent, hard-working and absolutely dedicated to the challenge of maintaining our progress in recent seasons, and we are delighted they are all so eager to guide the club through the years ahead."
McCall's backroom staff - Alex Sanderson (forwards coach), Paul Gustard (forwards coach), Dan Vickers (kicking coach), Kevin Sorrell (backline coach), Joe Shaw (skills coach), Phil Morrow (Performance Director) and Joe Collins (Head of Medical) - have also agreed new three-year deals.
