Saracens have bolstered their pack for next season with the signing of Jersey prop Richard Barrington.
The loosehead has been a stand-out performer in a difficult season for Jersey in the Championship, and his performances attracted the attention of the Aviva Premiership side.
The 23-year-old spent a week training with Sarries ahead of their recent LV=Cup clash against Worcester, and rugby director Mark McCall has now added Barrington to his squad for next season.
Barrington said: "Saracens have a fantastic set-up and one thing that I took away after training with the club was the complete focus on people and how well the players and coaches go about their business.
"I'm very excited at the chance to develop as a player as part of a fantastic squad."
Barrington represented England Students last year and has also featured for the Barbarians.
