England flanker Tom Croft insists Leicester Tigers will head to Toulon for their Heineken Cup quarter-final with nothing to fear.

Top 14 leaders Toulon are the favourites to come out on top at the Stade Mayol, particularly given the wealth of talent in their squad.

Jonny Wilkinson, Matt Giteau, Carl Hayman, Andrew Sheridan and Bakkies Botha are among the world stars currently plying their trade at the side.

However the Tigers have plenty of big names of their own, while they seem to be peaking at just the right time - with Leicester thumping Northampton 36-8 last time out.

Rock stars

And Croft told Sky Sports: "We are a very tight-knit squad and we always look to build on our performance from the previous week, like we did from Exeter to Northampton and like we will from Northampton to Toulon.

"If you look at their sheet they have some big names, some 'rock stars' on there, but we have got some world-class players from 1 to 23 as well.

"We will go there and make sure we play the game we want to play and not be affected by the environment and atmosphere."
