Saracens lock Tom Ryder has signed a two-year deal with Magners League side Glasgow.
The Scotland A forward has now returned to the Warriors for a second spell on loan with them this season.
His permanent move takes effect from the summer, and Saracens, who have confirmed the deal on their website, can recall him from the loan period as he is contracted to them for the remainder of the current campaign.
Ryder, 25, has made 96 appearances for Saracens since making his debut in 2005.
Meanwhile, the Warriors announced 34-year-old Argentina full-back Bernardo Stortoni will leave the club at the end of the season following four years with Glasgow.
