Australia hooker requires cortisone injection

Australia hooker Stephen Moore is facing an anxious wait to see whether he will be passed fit to face England on Saturday. Moore was forced to pull out of the Wallabies side to face Wales after initially suffering a back strain in training and then been unable to take part in the pre-match warm-up. However Moore has had an injection in his back and is hoping to take his place in side, especially after being named man-of-the-match at Twickenham in 2008. "I have had a bit of cortisone in it this morning, and hopefully it will settle down," he said. "I have had it a couple of times before and it settled down pretty quick with the same sort of treatment." Tatafu Polota-Nau is being flown over as a precaution having recovered from a long-term ankle problem.
