Australia prop set to miss the rest of the season

Australia prop Benn Robinson is set to miss the rest of the season after fracturing his right forearm against the Chiefs. The 25-year-old is now set to meet with specialist to confirm whether or not he needs surgery, having suffered a similar setback back in April. Robinson will definitely miss the rest of the season, and it a doubt for Australia's Tests against Fiji, England and Ireland in June "Unfortunately Benn Robinson has opened up that fracture in his arm... so he's going to be out (for the rest of the Super 14 season)," Waratahs coach Chris Hickey said. "There's a fracture there so he'll go and see a specialist and if he feels that it requires a plate then he'll have a plate put in, and then that length of time will be determined by the doctors." The injury is a real setback for Brumbies, who are still without three-Test Wallaby Sekope Kepu. That means inexperienced duo Jeremy Tilse or Dan Palmer come into contention, with Al Baxter switching to loosehead. "It really brings Jeremy Tilse into the picture and it also brings Dan Palmer into the equation as well, so we'll have a look at that over the next couple of days and work out which combination will be best to start with," added Hickey.
