Lydiate: Injury heartache
Wales flanker Dan Lydiate is set to miss the rest of the season after damaging his ankle in the Dragons' win over the Ospreys.
Lydiate, who has been in superb form this season, was helped off after 32 minutes having injured the ligaments.
The 22-year-old, who made his Wales debut in the autumn international against Argentina, will now be sidelined for the Magners League run-in.
And Lydiate also faces the prospect of missing Wales' tour matches against South Africa and New Zealand in June.
"It's a big blow for Dan, he was on top of his game after being caged up for the last month," said coach Paul Turner, speaking to the South Wales Argus.
"He was putting in a great performance but this happens in the increasingly physical nature of the game."
