London Irish's Chris Hala'ufia has been given a four-week ban after pleading guilty to striking Leinster skipper Leo Cullen.

Hala'ufia, the Tongan number eight, was cited following his side's 11-11 draw with Leinster at Twickenham on January 23, a result which ended the Exiles' Heineken Cup campaign.

Independent judicial officer Jean-Noel Couraud took into account Hala'ufia's admittance of guilt before banning him until February 25.

Both parties have the right to appeal.
