Bulls and Springboks winger Bryan Habana is set to hold talks with Western Province, according to the player's agent and father Bernie.

But winger's father refuses to say whether a move will be discussed

Bulls and Springboks winger Bryan Habana is set to hold talks with Western Province, according to the player's agent and father Bernie. Habana's contract at the Pretoria franchise expires at the end of October and he is reportedly being pursued by several overseas clubs as well as the Bulls' provincial rivals, who also compete as the Stormers in Super 14. The pair were due in Cape Town on Monday to meet with officials from the union, fuelling further speculation of a move away from Loftus Versfeld. However, Habana senior has refused to confirm or deny whether they are actually discussing a move. "We are flying to Cape Town and Bryan will meet with Rassie (Erasmus) and I will meet with WP managing director Rob Wagner," he told www.supersport.co.za. "We have never offered Bryan's services to anyone. "Rassie phoned me a while back asking me about Bryan, and this is how the meeting came about. "We have not received an offer from WP. Bryan didn't even know about WP's interests and when I told him we were going to Cape Town he asked 'What for?'." Last week, Bulls centre Wynand Olivier reportedly turned down a lucrative deal with Western Province in favour of staying in Pretoria.
