Scrum-half Frank Murphy has followed Ian Humphreys and Luke Abraham out of Leicester after sgining for Connacht.
It has been a troubled time for the Tigers, with the club set to end the season trophy-less after their defeat to Newcastle left them on the brink of missing out on the play-offs.
With director of rugby Marcelo Loffreda facing an anxious wait to see if he will keep his job, Leicester have seen three players exit Welford Road.
And Murphy becomes the latest to head for pastures new after Humphreys opted to join Ulster while Abraham signed a contract at Sale.
Connacht chief executive Gerry Kelly said: "Frank Murphy will provide an experienced link between our forward pack and these young backs.
"With Frank, Conor O'Loughlin and Kieran Campbell we should have great competition for the scrum-half berth and the ability to vary our game to all conditions and opposition."
