Bath have agreed new deals to tie popular duo Ryan Davis and Jonny Faamatuainu to the Guinness Premiership title chasers.
Davis needed little convincing to extend his current contract until the end of the 2009-10 season having been a life-long fan at the Rec.
And the young fly-half is hoping that some of the magic from World Cup-winner Butch James will rub off on him.
He said: "I have followed the club since I was five or six years old.
"Bath is a club that I have wanted to play for all my life. I have started my career here and I would love to end it here.
"It is one step at a time for me, but hopefully I can get a run of games next season and learn a few things off Butch so that I can become more of a well-rounded player."
Faamatuainu has made a big impact at Bath since initially arriving as short-term cover for the second row in 2005.
And the Samoan is delighted to have secured his long-term future at the club.
He said: "I am staying here for another three years because I really enjoy playing with the team, I love this city and the fans are great.
"I am also really positive that Bath Rugby are going to do great things this season."
