Glasgow have not lost a Pro12 game at their home ground for over a year as they face the tough task of hosting table-topping Munster on Saturday.
Munster's sole defeat since the first round of the competion was at home to Ospreys in the fourth round and they have not lost a Pro12 encounter outside Ireland since they were defeated by Scarlets in March.
But they are coming off a 26-19 Champions Cup reverse at Clermont last weekend and head coach Anothony Foley has made eight changes to the run-on XV.
Kevin O'Byrne and Stephen Archer join John Ryan in the front row while Billy Holland is named alongside Paul O'Connell in the second row. Peter O'Mahony retains the captaincy and completes the loose trio alongside Sean Dougall and Robin Copeland.
JJ Hanrahan makes a positional switch to fly-half having started at 12 last week, allowing Pat Howard and Denis Hurley to resume their centre partnership while Johne Murphy gets a start at full-back.
For Glasgow, Stuart Hogg is replaced at full-back by Peter Murchie, while Sean Lamont and DTH van de Merwe come in on the wings at the expense of Sean Maitland and Tommy Seymour.
Warriors coach Gregor Townsend urged his team to shift their focus following their Champions Cup double-header with Toulouse.
"Munster are incredibly tough opponents and we know we face another huge challenge at Scotstoun," he said.
“With both teams coming off the back of losses in Europe, we will see two highly motivated sides and with Munster sitting one point above us in the Pro12 it is shaping up to be a cracking match. Once again we’re expecting a large crowd to get behind the team."
