Edinburgh sailed to a 48-0 bonus-point victory over Treviso at Murrayfield to record their third successive win.
Sam Hidalgo-Clyne put the hosts ahead with a try inside a minute of play before Mike Coman added another in the 25th minute.
Both tries were converted by Hidalgo-Clyne, who added to his side’s total with a penalty to wrap-up his side's half haul.
After the break, replacement prop WP Nel went over from close range with Grayson Hart, Roddy Grant and David Denton adding to Edinburgh’s tally with tries of their own.
Treviso’s Romelu Acosta was sent off for punching Fraser McKenzie midway through the second half.
Edinburgh made a flying start to the game when Hidalgo-Clyne went over the line in under a minute to send his side ahead.
After converting his own try, Hidalgo-Clyne was at the front of Edinburgh’s scoring again, this time kicking a penalty to make amends for a miss just minutes earlier.
Poor defending from the Treviso allowed Edinburgh to pile on the pressure deep into the first half, driving in unison for 15 metres before Captain Coman crossed in the corner to extend the home side’s advantage.
Tonks enjoyed a good spell towards the end of the first half, but Edinburgh’s defence proved too strong and closed out the first half leading 17-0.
Edinburgh did not slow down as the second half began, with their No 8 Denton driving forward and eventually earning a penalty, which Hidalgo-Clyne kicked in the 48th minute.
Treviso flanker Francesco Minto was shown a yellow card in the 55th minute and minutes later the home side nearly added another try.
Tim Visser made a charging run down the line in search of a try for himself only to be halted by the Treviso defence close to the line.
With Treviso still one man down Edinburgh took advantage, and a third try was scored by WP Nel who finished off a brilliant move after Alasdair Dickinson was stopped close to the line. Hidalgo-Clyne stepped up and converted.
Two minutes later the bonus point try came along courtesy of scrum-half Hart, this time Tom Heathcote successfully converting.
Following Hart’s try, a mass brawl broke out, with video evidence showing Treviso flanker Acosta punching Fraser McKenzie while on the ground. Acosta was shown the red card with Hart receiving a yellow for his involvement.
Roddy Grant added a fifth try for Edinburgh which Heathcote converted, before Denton capped off an impressive performance, running over in the corner with Heathcote adding the extras again.
