The Brumbies lost their opening match at home to the Reds but bounced back with a 27-14-victory over Western Force in Perth. They then followed this up with a 29-21 success over the Hurricanes in Wellington last week.
Opponents Waratahs are one of three Super Rugby teams who are still unbeaten this season following two bonus point home wins - firstly beat the Force 43-21 and then posting a 32-5 victory over the Reds.
The visitors will be hoping to carry this form through last week's bye, with Israel Folau being their star of the show so far, having already scored five tries.
In team news, the Brumbies have kept the starting team that beat the Hurricanes last week, while the Tahs have made just one change, with Dave Dennis coming into the team after recovering from a knee injury.
