Munster centre James Downey will make his international bow as Kiss makes seven changes to the side which beat the USA last weekend.
Andrew Trimble will earn his 50th cap on the wing in place of Simon Zebo who was called into the British and Irish Lions squad earlier in the week, while Felix Jones comes into the starting XV at full-back with Robbie Henshaw reduced to the bench.
With 11 players recovering from a stomach bug, Kiss has a full complement of players to choose from as Ian Madigan gets the nod at fly-half ahead of Paddy Jackson while Isaac Boss retains his position at scrum-half.

Leinster flanker Kevin McLaughlin comes into the back row alongside Tommy O'Donnell while Devin Toner is joined by Dan Tuohy in the second row.
Meanwhile Canada coach Kieran Crowley has made four changes to the side which beat Tonga 36-27 in the Pacific Nations Cup last weekend.
