Sky Bet's expert tells us where the smart money will be going on this weekend's Super League action.

Sky Bet's Jordan Fiddes predicts plenty of tries in this week's Super League

Super League returns this weekend and, with most clubs full of confidence having beaten lower league opposition in the cup, I'm expecting points aplenty. So much so, that this week I'm going for a try-scorer double at 3/1. First up, I've picked out Sam Tomkins to score anytime against Hull FC at 8/13. It may seem like an obvious choice as the full-back has scored 14 tries in 10 appearances already this season, but he also has an excellent record at the KC Stadium. The England International has scored five tries in his last three meetings with Hull FC and has scored a try in all but one of his appearances against the Black and Whites, and even then he kicked a goal. He has a total of 10 tries in seven games against the Airlie Birds, a remarkable record. Not only that but he comes into the game in great form too, having scored four tries last weekend and seven in his last three outings. Wigan also boast a great record against Hull FC having won their last seven meetings, including three away from home. The Warriors have not lost against the Airlie Birds since February 2009 and, with Wigan boasting the best attack in Super League, it's the banker of the weekend that Tomkins will find his way across the line. While the 8/13 will struggle to make us rich, coupled with Danny McGuire of Leeds to score against Hull KR, it works out at a nice 3/1 double.
Money on McGuire
McGuire is evens to score anytime against the Rovers, a team he has scored four tries against in his last three meetings. Like Tomkins, McGuire is enjoying a healthy 2013, having crossed six times already. He managed two against arch-rivals Castleford in the cup last weekend and one in each of his last two league outings too. McGuire is a prolific try scorer in Super League, scoring 183 tries since its inception, making him the highest scoring half-back in the competition's history. Leeds have won their last three games against Hull KR and their form in Super League this year makes them favourites coming into the game. With the Rhinos playing well and their forward pack dominating opponents, McGuire will be on the hunt for his customary try at Craven Park on Sunday.
View from the Sky Bet trading room...
"Salford are marginal favourites to beat Castleford on Saturday which has a lot to do with appointing Brian Noble as head coach. "He has a great record in Super League and the punters are expecting him to have an instant impact this weekend. "St Helens have a single figure handicap away at London after the home side were backed due to the amount of injuries and suspensions suffered by the Saints. "The Broncos, however, are searching their first home win in 11 years against St Helens and are 7/4 to secure it. "Bradford have the biggest handicap of +16 at 10/11 as they attempt to beat Warrington for the first time in eight meetings."
