Boss believes France can win through to the 2011 Four Nations

Bobbie Goulding has 'every confidence' France can win through to the 2011 Four Nations despite suffering a third successive mid-season hammering by England. Goulding's injury-hit side slumped to a 60-6 defeat at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday, which followed last year's 66-12 rout in Paris and the 56-8 loss in Toulouse in 2008. While the scoreline suggests little progress has been made, Goulding would strongly disagree and he is determined to lift the European Cup in October, which would earn France re-admittance to the 2011 Four Nations.

Spirit

The France boss said: "We believe in one another. We've got a good captain and a good spirit in the dressing room. "There are a lot of things happening behind the scenes. It might not look it with a score like this but we've never had camps before and there will be an under-20s team full-time next year in Super League. "Come the end of the season, when we've got everybody back, we'll be ready to go for the European Cup and we will be playing the Four Nations next year. "We're really determined. David Ferriol, Olivier Elima, Remi Casty and Greg Mounis want to play against Australia, New Zealand and England again and I've every confidence they will next year."
